Ironman
Cameron is New Zealand’s leading Ironman athlete and has been a consistent performer on the world stage since 2000.
Bigfoot has been involved with managing calf and foot injury that intermittently creeps in as his running mileage peaks. Suspecting a difference in leg function, a specialist scan revealed bone length differences and Cameron now trains and races with a small raise to keep weight distributed evenly between limbs. Cameron trains without orthotics most of the time but Bigfoot prescribe a short term soft insole to reduce foot muscle overload as his body requires.
Cameron will soon be on the build-up phase toward Ironman NZ – a title he has won 10 times!
